Throughout the years, I’ve had the privilege to photograph the weddings of many great couples and the folks they call family and friends. If there was an option to give more than 5 stars, I would use it. Elyse has been SUCH a pleasure to plan with and work with. She seriously goes above and beyond, and I am extremely grateful that she was able to photograph our special day for us.

You can plainly see Elyse's pure talent in her online portfolio, but what you may not see until you meet her is her ability to communicate effectively about her vision, make everyone comfortable in front of the camera lens, and collaborate with other creatives like the videographer to ensure everything is working as a well-oiled machine.

We have never felt more beautiful than the photographs Elyse took of us, and for that, we will always be thankful.

Magicial Backyard Wedding - Max & Stephanie

Right from the first introductory call, all the way until the day Elyse shared the most amazing wedding album ever – we couldn’t have imagined a better, more down to earth photographer. We first met Elyse shortly after choosing her to be photographer for an engagement shoot – she not only picked a perfect location, but she made us feel comfortable, encouraging us to just “have fun with it”. We left the shoot feeling super excited, my now husband (who doesn’t love these kinds of things) even said, “wow she is great, that was fun”.

Fast forward a couple months, and we got side swiped by CVD-19 having to postpone our wedding by a couple of months. Yet again, Elyse surprised us with flexibility, understanding and empathy – which was not something commonly experienced by many of our friends who had gone through a similar experience with their vendors.

Fast forward again to weeks leading up to the big day, Elyse helped with logistics and planning – and even gave us some really good tips about what works and what doesn’t. We appreciated her candidness and expertise.

And, finally the W E D D I N G day – Elyse received vendor MVP from my friends and family as she literally acted like a photography ninja, buzzing around, even in the pouring rain to capture our most precious moments. Even a couple of weeks after the wedding people would comment, "who was your photographer, she was amazing". Elyse always went above and beyond for us, including fast editing a couple ‘teaser” photos for us within 24 hrs. of the big day.

We were beyond lucky to have Elyse as our photographer, in fact … we decided she will be our photographer for life capturing our biggest milestones from here on out! We would recommend her any day, full-stop – you won’t be disappointed!
